Eggs Made Pizza

I have made this recently because I desperately need to loss some pounds before returning home in the end of June.

It composed with 3 eggs, a few shredded crab sticks, 3T mozzarella cheese, 2T corn, pepper & Italian mixed herbs.

It is completely pizza like without the crust and taste light & mild with only just one cheese inside the eggs base. I cut into six slices and serve along with fresh tomato salad.

It is a simple dish of healthy choice within the diet zone.
