Eggs Made Pizza
I have made this recently because I desperately need to loss some pounds before returning home in the end of June.
It composed with 3 eggs, a few shredded crab sticks, 3T mozzarella cheese, 2T corn, pepper & Italian mixed herbs.
It is completely pizza like without the crust and taste light & mild with only just one cheese inside the eggs base. I cut into six slices and serve along with fresh tomato salad.
It is a simple dish of healthy choice within the diet zone.

Fusion Salad Plate 中西双拼素碟

從前,農曆初一我們一家都要回奶奶處吃齋飯,雖然只有一大盆南乳粗齋和一些青菜,但大大小小都吃得津津有味。這幾年,我們搬到遠方,已經不能再聚首一堂了,但我都會在年晚天用八種素菜料切絲炒熟,再用腐皮包成卷,放進雪柜,一方面諭意「壓年」,另外我又可一次做幾天的菜了。要吃時,只需用油煎香便可以了。
腐皮卷饀料有: 白蘿蔔絲、甘筍絲、筍絲、金針、雲耳、雪耳、竹笙和冬菇絲
其實饀料十分隨意,可隨自己喜好。不過,儘量炒得乾身,太多汁會較難控制包的流程。
今年初一,我們吃了這個香煎腐皮卷拌牛油果菜絲沙律。這沙律都是十分健康的,椰菜切幼絲,黃椒切幼絲,牛油果一隻搗爛撈勻菜絲,加數粒黑欖便可以上碟了。這中西双拼素碟,味道很好,適合健康為尚之選檡。
